OMG Recruitment does not makes any checks as to the vacancies offered nor is OMG Recruitment able to confirm the accuracy of information that any user provides.
OMG Recruitment excludes all liability in connection with any information that is provided by both advertisers, recruiters and candidates.
OMG Recruitment shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Site has satisfactory fu nctionality, however OMG Recruitment cannot guarantee that the Site will be operational at all times, and as a result will not be liable for any failure or inability to provide a continuous, error free service.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless OMG Recruitment and its affiliates harmless from any and all claims, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Site and / or the Services.
Nothing in these Terms shall seek to limit liability for death or personal injury caused by OMG Recruitment's negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation made by OMG Recruitment or any other statutory rights, which are not capable of being excluded.

The Terms shall be governed, construed and shall take effect in accordance with the Laws of English; and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
